Open Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\Windows Essential Business Server\Bin\ISA\FPC\GlobalAssemblyCache\
Open a second Explorer window and navigate to C:\Windows\Assembly
Drag (copy) msfpccom.interop.dll from the GlobalAssemblyCache folder to C:\Windows\Assembly. This will automatically register the file in the GAC
Re-open adminconsole.exe
