EBS Security Server setup fails Minimize

If your running EBS in a Hyper-V virtual Environment, the setup might fail with the following error:

Licensing:    Error
Licensing infrastructure was not successfully configured.
The AD Schema extension setup task has failed.

That's because of a time mismatch between the host and the guest.
Resultion is to deactivate the time synchronisation between host and guest.
