How to enable Allow or Block List Providers on EBS Security Server (Exchange 2007 Edge role) Minimize

To make the Allow- or Block List Provider filtering on EBS Security (Exchange Edge role) work you need to allow outbound DNS traffic e.g. by modifing the System Rule set from the TMG (localhost) to that Allow- or Block List DNS servers.
